RAVENSTONE TILES - Ordering Information

How to Order

You may contact us via phone, email, or in writing. Please indicate what tiles you are interested in, which colors, quantities, and provide your mailing address. We will calculate the total price of your order, including shipping costs.

Ravenstone Tiles currently accepts check (personal/business), money order, Mastercard, VISA, Discover, and Paypal (on-line payment service). If paying by credit card, please do not send your card information in an e-mail! Telephone us with this information instead.

We request payment at the time you place an order. For orders over $200, we ask for one-half the total in advance as a deposit. The balance is due when the order is shipped. All retail orders of $500 or more receive a 10% discount.
