Returns Policy

We will refund your purchase price (less shipping costs) or replace any tiles that are defective.

Please keep in mind that handmade tiles have natural variation in color, texture, and surface sheen due to firing conditions. Your tile may not look exactly like our web site examples or color samples that we have sent.

We cannot offer refunds or exchanges on custom tiles (unless defective). This includes house number tiles, custom designs, and special words or lettering projects on tiles.

Special sale tiles are sold 'as is'. All special sales are final.

If your tiles should arrive damaged from shipment please contact us immediately. We will gladly replace any that are chipped, cracked or broken in transit.

No returns accepted after 30 days from pickup/delivery date.

Cancellations are not accepted on tiles already in production.
